l bought a gas range from Home Depot. On my invoice, I paid for installation, the gas connection kit, and the haul away of the old range. On the day they arrived, the Home Depot guys told me they aren't qualified to disconnect my old range, nor install my new one! Considering that was my entire order, a gas range, why would they send guys who can't even remove or connect a gas range? You are forced to then call Home Depot to complain, and then and only then do they tell you that they never send guys out to disconnect/connect gas ranges, that they have a "pro" team who will do this, which you have to schedule. Of course, you are not given this info when you actually purchase the range! They credited my card for the connection and the haul away. Then they scheduled me with a "pro." The "pro" proceeded to put me off and blow his time schedule so many times, I lost complete faith in the Home Depot "pro" team. I complained to my neighbors and they told me to call My Appliances Expert. Chris picked up the phone on the first call. No messages needed to be left. He scheduled the time and he showed up on time with his crew. Without any excuses or drama, he disconnected the old range and removed it. He reconnected the new one and took away all of the packing and made sure it was functioning fine. He is absolutely fantastic. If anything ever breaks, like my electric dryer, you can bet he'll be the first one I call. A+++++ rating given and thanks for saving the day, Chris.

It’s always a wonderful surprise when I bump into these companies that are pockets of excellence. I assume this a small 2 man company as everyone mentions chris and he indeed was the one that came to our house with a coworker as the large double oven is a two person job. Our old double oven was broken and we ordered a new one. they said we would get a call we’ll in advance of delivery. Well they called at 4 pm to tell us the delivery was the next morning. We had talked to 2 companies about the install but needed to nail down the date. The other compnay was busy and could not come for about 5 working days. Well we called this compnay and they could not come the next day but assured us they would fit us in the one day later at the end of the day between 3:30-6 pm on a Friday before New Year’s Eve no less. Well they called around 3:15 that they would arrive in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later they were there and set about the installation. The original installer for my original oven had done some things wrong which chris pointed out but said he would fix no problem. There was constant communication and the job was done quickly and efficiently . They even vacuumed and cleaned up when done leaving our kitchen better than when they walked in. So a company that does what they say, shows up when promised are knowledgeable, profesional and efficient. Finding that is like hitting the lottery. If you have need to get an appliance installed look no further.

My wife called for a quote on installing a kitchen hood and Chris and his colleague came out the same day to see the space and give us a quote which was awesome. Called them back to do the install and not only did they do it fast but they did a great job at installing it. They also cleaned the appliance after installing it which was very much appreciated. This is honestly one of the best handyman (sorry!! licensed appliance contractors) I've ever worked with. Responsive, on time, wears masks, accepts card cash or venmo, and very polite. They installed a washer/dryer bracket after several companies said it was not possible. I will be hiring them for any future work needed. THANK YOU SO MUCH! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
